Embassy Chapparkallu is described as an 85.19-acre mixed development with 2,364 apartments, 218 villas and 16 reported towers. Those schedule facts do not establish where an individual tower, villa street, entrance, amenity or open space sits. The image below is a newly created generic planning concept, not the Embassy Chapparkallu master plan. It uses a fictional rectilinear layout to show how apartment precincts, villa neighbourhoods and a shared green spine might be organised in a large mixed residential community. It does not use the disputed palm-frond drawing and does not represent this project's boundary, tower count or placement, villa streets, access, circulation, amenity positions, orientation, dimensions, phase or approval.

Request a current issued master-plan sheet before using layout as a purchase criterion. The useful sheet should carry the exact project and phase name, legal party, title block, issue date, revision, scale and north point. It should distinguish apartment towers from villa precincts and identify the legal boundary, Chapparkallu Road approach, approved entrance, internal roads, pedestrian movement, basement ramps, service circulation, shared amenities and landscape/open-space areas. For a shortlisted apartment, match the tower and stack to the unit plan. For a villa, match the villa or plot reference and local street. Keep the registration record, land schedule, master plan, selected-home plan and dated cost sheet together; a familiar-looking layout is not a substitute for that identity match.
